1. How to create a document management survey.
Effective document management starts with understanding the real needs and challenges of your users. That’s why clear communication and targeted surveys are key.
The following survey highlights some of the most essential questions to ask—about how documents are used, how easily they can be accessed, and how long processes take. These questions were carefully selected to serve as a solid starting point and should be personalized for each team or section within your organization. Core principles like using a consistent naming convention, having one central document location, and applying role-based access are crucial for secure and efficient sharing.
